The fitness center is equipped with free weights, treadmill, bike, an elliptical machine, fitness balls, Yoga and Pilate mats.  The facility is available at no cost to members of Faith Congregational Church.  We ask that all persons choosing to utilize the fitness center follow the rules of the center which are posted at the entrance, and treat the building and equipment with care.  Children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult .
