By the Web Editors   08-23-2016

African-American Women’s Equal Pay Day annually highlights the discrepancy in pay between white men and black women. Also on Aug. 23, the Washington Center for Equitable Growth published an interactive online database that compares compares how pay rates differ by gender, race, and education level: go here. This is an easy to compare across gender and race when looking at pay differences.
