Exercising in HOT Weather

Are you eathing healthily and exercising regularly? Are you doing it inexpensively by running or walking outside? If so, here are some hints for exercising safely in hot weather.

  • Stay hydrated. Drink water, not Coke, coffee or  sweetened caffinated beverages.
  • Avoid the hottest part of the day.
